Returns & Exchanges


Thank you for choosing Aviva Candle Company. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any items that are unused and in their original packaging. 

If there is an issue with our product, we ask that you give us the opportunity to make things right. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us at 

Returns: Please email within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receiving your RMA number, you have 14 days to ship your return. 

Place the item in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: 6511 Pacific Ave, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
